Sunday, February 8, our regular 5 pm worship service at Leawood will begin at 4 pm.
Scheduled programming has resumed for Thursday, February 13 at all Resurrection locations.
On Wednesday, March 4, David Harris will join us at Resurrection Leawood for a timely conversation about his latest book, Antisemitism: What Everyone Needs to Know. Harris brings an unparalleled perspective to this critical topic—he served as CEO of the American Jewish Committee for over three decades and has spent five decades working on global Jewish issues, from the rescue of Jewish communities in Ethiopia and the Soviet Union to expanding Israel’s diplomatic relationships worldwide. The late Israeli President Shimon Peres called him “the foreign minister of the Jewish people,” and his work has shaped conversations around Holocaust memory, interfaith dialogue, and combating antisemitism across the globe. Scott Chrostek will moderate this conversation at 6:30 pm in Foundry Hall, with both in-person and online attendance options available. This is an opportunity to engage with someone who has dedicated his life to building bridges of understanding and addressing one of the most pressing issues of our time. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
