On Monday, November 17, Bethany DePugh, Director of Recovery Ministry, will lead a practical conversation about setting boundaries during the holiday season. We’ll explore what boundaries actually are, the different types that exist, when they’re needed, and how to communicate them in ways that honor both yourself and your relationships. This isn’t about creating distance—it’s about creating space for healthier connections during a season that often demands more than we have to give. An optional meal begins at 6 pm, with the discussion starting at 6:30 pm. Childcare will be provided.
