2/9 Weather Alert:

Due to inclement weather, all daytime in-person programs have been canceled for Thursday, Feb. 9 at each of our locations and the cafe and bookstore at the Leawood location are closed until 5 pm. Evening programs will be held, as scheduled.

6/10 Car Show:

We are watching the weather and at this time the Car Show is still on as scheduled for the public, open from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. We will keep you updated as conditions change.

Nurturing Minds: A Journey to Mental Well- Being

Join us for an engaging and informative panel discussion on mental health, where mental health professionals, advocates, and individuals with lived experiences will share their insights, expertise, and personal stories. Through their diverse perspectives, they will foster a safe and inclusive space to address the challenges surrounding mental health, raise awareness, and provide practical strategies for maintaining positive mental well-being in our everyday lives.

Objectives:

  1. Create safe space for people to discuss mental health issues.
  2. Reach as many people as possible with life-saving information
  3. Parents, care givers, educators will be prepared to talk about suicide.

Come early so you can get the bonus of sharing in a light dinner just before the program. A light meal will be served at 5:30 pm.
