Join other artists the first Saturday of each month with the Resurrection Art Guild. The Art Guild is a place where artists gather with other artists (both established and beginners) who want to enjoy, share and learn more about our God-given artistic talents. At each gathering, we have a presenting artist that shows their work, gives a short bio, and demonstrates a technique or leads us in a project. We share our love of art with each other, enjoy refreshments and learn from one another. Our presenter on December 2 is Ann Morrison.
Ann is a graduate of Kutztown State University in PA and retired art teacher. Ann taught art for 30 years K thru.12, in CT, NJ, FL, and PA. While in Connecticut she was the Chair of a scholarship committee for several years. During her stay in Princeton NJ, she worked for an art store, taught homeschoolers, did demos for new products and contributed to the “National Art Materials Magazine”. She also had her own studio giving individual art lessons and collaborating with other artists. Although Ann has taught art for many years, painting and drawing are her base skills and the source of her vision to visualize our God-given creative journey of significance dedicated to His glory.
