VAST: High School Retreat

Vast

God’s love is vast— beautiful and unchanging, expansive and personal. Through the story of Peter, we are reminded that we matter to God, that God’s grace meets us where we are, and that nothing disqualifies us from God’s love or purpose. We are invited to live boldly and share that vast love with the world. Register for this two-night retreat at YouthFront. Guaranteed bonfire, silent disco, amazing worship, and life-giving conversations with your friends and soon-to-be friends! The cost of this retreat includes transportation to and from YouthFront, meals for the weekend, some snacks like smores, hopefully a coffee truck, a sticker for your water bottle, meaningful moments and lots of fun and laughter.

Friday

6:00 pm – For Downtown, Brookside, Liberty and Blue Springs – meet at Downtown to load bus

6:00 pm – For Overland Park, Lee’s Summit and Leawood – meet at Overland Park (95th & Antioch) to load buses

6:30 pm – For West – meet at West to load bus

6:45 pm – Settle in Cabins

7:30 pm – Worship – Chapel

8:30 pm – Small Group Time

9:15 pm – Silent Disco Prep 

9:30 pm – Silent Disco + Pizza 

11:00 pm – Back in Cabins

Scholarships are available upon request with your location director.

Refund Guideline

If the retreat is cancelled by Resurrection, you will receive a full refund of payments made. If you can no longer attend the trip for which you have registered, funds will be used to cover retreat expenses. Upon request, Resurrection will issue a partial refund in excess of 24 hours before the retreat for any payments made less expenses incurred by the church on your behalf. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a retreat, no refund will be issued.
