Saturday, June 17th at 9am to 10:30am at Macken Park in North KC.
Downtown’s very own Shannon Wheeler will be leading our time together as she guides all ages and stages in a relaxing practice through a body affirming, gentle yoga class.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and your mat. If you have an extra mat you are willing to share just for the practice, please bring it!
