We’re Hitting the Road This Summer!
This summer, we’re taking our beloved community meals on the road—and you’re invited! All foster, adoptive, and kinship families are welcome to join us for a series of special summer gatherings filled with fun, connection, and of course, great food.
Each event is free, but registration is required so we can be sure to have enough food and supplies for everyone. We can’t wait to see you there!
Summer Events Lineup:
July 21 6 – 8 PM – Back-to-School Bash at Resurrection West
Come “shop” for school supplies for all ages, grab a haircut, and pick up hygiene items and other essentials your kids need to have an amazing school year! We’ll have pizza for dinner!

August 15 (FRIDAY) Tailgate: 5:30 PM; Game: 7:10 PM – Foster Adopt Community Night at The K
Join us for tailgating fun, a Royals baseball game, and access to the Outfield Experience play pass for the kids! Tailgating begins at 5:30, game time is 7:10, fireworks to follow. Sign up for more details about where to meet us to tailgate!
