Numerous Family Night Out volunteers are needed each month to make our events a success. Volunteers will be paired with a participant with special needs or a sibling for the evening. There are also opportunities to help in the kitchen or with crafts and activities. Prior experience not necessary, just a heart to serve. Volunteers ages 13 years or younger are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult when volunteering.

Join us for our upcoming events at Resurrection West (Olathe):
Angel Care Support volunteers provide direct support for a child or student with special needs while they attend Resurrection Kids or Resurrection Students programming with their typical peers; or help in the Angel Care sensory room for participants of all ages needing specialty care. Opportunities are available on Sundays at 9 am or 11 am, and Wednesday evenings at all Resurrection locations.

Sunday Group volunteers join in fellowship with students and adults with special needs as they engage in worship and an adapted Bible lesson. Volunteers are welcome to lead the group lesson or simply join for engagement and fellowship with participants. Opportunities are available on Sundays at 11 am or 5 pm at Resurrection Leawood.
