November 8 | Resurrection Leawiid

We’re excited to welcome Rev. Matt Miofsky as our guest preacher on November 8. Matt is the founding pastor of The Gathering in St. Louis, which he started back in 2006. Since then, it’s grown into a thriving multi-site congregation with five locations across St. Louis and a vibrant online presence, and it was recently named the third fastest-growing large United Methodist Church. Matt is also an author and editor whose books help people navigate faith in everyday life.  We’d love for you to be here and to bring a friend with you.

Registration closes Nov. 5

This year's Meta retreat theme is Faith Over Fear, and fear shows up in more forms than we usually admit. Anxiety, stubbornness, uncertainty, most of us carry some version of it without calling it that. This retreat weekend for 6th through 8th graders looks at how faith in Jesus meets those fears directly, making room for honesty about what scares us and comfort in the middle of it.

Nov. 20-22 | YouthFront Camp
Registration closes Nov. 12

Your life is swirling all over the place, not out of control, not in a bad way; there's just a lot going on all at once. Retreat weekends are a chance to reorient and make decisions on how to live a fulfilling life in the middle of everything that is happening. We will look at some stories of how Jesus is in the middle of all of this with us. In fact, Jesus is in the exact center. This can bring us more assurance that we're okay, and possibly, even better than okay.
