Due to inclement weather, all daytime in-person programs have been canceled for Thursday, Feb. 9 at each of our locations and the cafe and bookstore at the Leawood location are closed until 5 pm. Evening programs will be held, as scheduled.
We are watching the weather and at this time the Car Show is still on as scheduled for the public, open from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. We will keep you updated as conditions change.
Recovery groups welcome anyone affected by substance, drug, or alcohol abuse or addictions of any kind, including those struggling with mental health concerns. Some groups are meeting in person and online.

He went from a professional athlete to serving 14 years in prison from 1994- 2008 on drug related charges. While incarcerated, Willie overcame his drug addiction and developed a spiritual life that has helped him through his release and life after prison. He is a minor league hitting coach for the Kansas City Royals and provides life advice for the team’s prospects. He is also the co-author of the book, “Safe at Home.”
