Grief Support Group - Blue Springs

Resurrection Blue Springs will host a seven-week guided grief support group beginning Wednesday, September 24, running through November 5 from 6:30 to 8 pm. This compassionate program offers a safe space for individuals who have lost a loved one to explore their grief journey alongside others facing similar experiences. Participants will work through Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s acclaimed book You’re Not Crazy—You’re Grieving, which addresses the complex emotions and experiences that accompany loss. The group provides structured support in a welcoming environment where participants can process their grief, gain understanding of the mourning process, and connect with others who understand their experience.
