Join us on Monday, September 9 for a vital conversation about LGBTQ+ youth in foster care. United Women in Faith is partnering with the FosterAdoptConnect Agency and local experts to dispel myths and deepen understanding of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ foster youth. Learn about sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, and discover how to create a more supportive environment for these young people. This informative gathering takes place at 9:30 am in Room B206 at Resurrection Leawood (Building B).
