Understanding Your Grief Book Study
The Resurrection Grief Ministry is offering a book study, Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart (Second Edition) by Alan D. Wolfelt.
Two course options will be offered: In-Person: Wednesdays, May 29 – August 7, 2024, and Online: Tuesdays, May 28-August 6, 2024.
Each week, participants will read a portion of Understanding Your Grief and write down their thoughts and feelings in the guided journal. These readings and journal entries will then guide the discussions done in the group. Please let us know if you are intending to attend in person or online. Registration is required. A counseling intern will be in touch to schedule a brief phone call to discuss if this group is the best fit, and to offer additional resources.
