Ash Wednesday services at all Resurrection locations will be held on schedule today.
Scheduled programming has resumed for Thursday, February 13 at all Resurrection locations.
Join us Monday, October 13, at 9:30 am in Room B206 at Resurrection Leawood for our UWF October Meeting. We’ll hear from Kyla Pitts-Zevin, Executive Director of Harmony Project KC, a 2024 UWF Grant Recipient working in Kansas City’s Northeast Community. Serving nearly 400 school-aged children who speak 25 different languages, Harmony Project KC uses music education, academic support, and mentoring to build connections and strengthen community. Pitts-Zevin will share how her organization leverages music as a universal language to create meaningful impact in children’s lives. We’re also hosting an instrument drive—bring any gently used musical instruments you have, and Meyer Music Co. will restore them for young musicians (tax receipts available). This is an opportunity to learn about effective community programming and support local music education efforts.
