Join us for a coffee and connect as we hear from Lorna Jarrett, MS, PTA, AIB-VRT, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She is the founder/owner of Pneuma Pilates and Wellness, an integrative wellness space in Overland Park. She has a MS in Kinesiology (Rehabilitation and Adaptive Sports) while completing her Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc-2024, Education) at A.T. Still University. As a certified personal and executive coach (CaPP Institute-Coaching and Positive Psychology) she helps guide adults, students, and organizations toward growth through mentorship and training (Thrive Alive, REACH, Renaissance Management and Training LLP, APTA Scholars, Wellspring School of Allied Health adjunct instructor). She believes Volunteerism and Community are a priority and responsibility. She serves in leadership capacities in American Physical Therapy Association- locally and nationally, PTA Caucus Representative-KS, Unite KC – Health care domain leader. Her certifications include Vestibular Rehab, Pilates for Neurological Condition, Therapilates® for Osteoporosis, and CAPS-Certified Aging in Place Specialist.
