Costa Rica - Day 4

Greetings from Costa Rica… we had another great day serving in Santa Marta. We were able to jump right into our jobs with a bit more confidence.  We added welding to the list of jobs.

For lunch today, a few members of the church community prepared Carne en Salsa for a wonderful lunch.  It was awesome watching several of the community members come together to create a delicious meal for us in a temporary outdoor kitchen.

It rained again today!  The afternoon rain brought a bigger thunderstorm which slowed down our work a bit.  We enjoyed some time together and headed back early.  We were able to play games as a group.

A few members of our crew played with the children at the preschool for the afternoon as well. They enjoyed communicating with the children and were busy having fun with them.

We ended the day with a big family style meal and devotions.
