Costa Rica - Day 5

Today was the day with the most amount of time to serve. We left the campus at 8 am and returned at 8 pm. We had a full day!  All week we had rain, so we prayed for good weather. God answered with sunshine and perfect temperatures to get a full day of work in.

We continued to use our stucco, welding, electrical and painting skills. Lots of laughs, learning and sharing helped pass the time as we worked hard. The church community provided a fried chicken dinner, and we were able to spend time with people from the community. The church service was full of joy.  We were thankful to have the opportunity to worship with the Santa Marta community.  We returned home tonight with full hearts and tired eyes.
