Stuck in the Mud & Relishing in the Love ❤️. Despite our UCSS driver’s heroic efforts our team bus got mired in the muddy road ruts driving to Nakamala for today’s clinic, the second of four locations we will serve.  Pictures tell the story as volunteers appeared from fields & villages to help extricate the bus. No such luck & this transportation was abandoned. Thanks to Allison with his dependable Hilux Toyota truck, smaller groups were driven into the clinic.

Despite our late start the medical clinic was a roaring success, treating more than 500 patients. And what’s a successful clinic without a herd of cattle parading right through the middle.

The residents of Nakamala are so loving, kind, patience & grateful to God for medical services rendered by UCSS team & Resurrection team. Our team continues to be blessed, humbled, grateful for our serve trip to Uganda.

Our day concluded with a delightful concert from the 500+students from the Nakamala school. Joyful smiling faces, perfect ending to a perfect God-filled day.
