Ash Wednesday services at all Resurrection locations will be held on schedule today.
Scheduled programming has resumed for Thursday, February 13 at all Resurrection locations.
We believe that love in action can change the world. At Resurrection, we do this through learning, service, sisterhood, and faith opportunities both within the walls of the church and throughout our community.
Each of our members brings their life experience, like colorful tiles, to combine and create exquisite masterpieces. Constantly changing, refreshing, improving…lifting one another up. United Women in Faith is a sisterhood acting in faith to tackle the hard work of the world without hesitation. Faith, action, sisterhood.
The Northeast Kansas District joyfully invites you to a special gathering with UWFaith National President, Jana Jones.
Join us for an inspiring time together as Jana shares the bold vision of United Women in Faith and how we can continue putting our love into action in ways that make a real difference in our communities and our world.
This is more than just an event—it’s a chance to connect with others, be encouraged in your faith, and catch the excitement of what God is doing through UWFaith across the nation. Whether you are a longtime member or simply curious to learn more, you’ll walk away with fresh energy and new connections.
Come ready to be challenged and inspired!

🎻 Instrument Drive: Have a gently used musical instrument? Bring it along! It will be restored by Meyer Music Co. and given new life in the hands of a young musician. (Tax receipts available.) Don’t have one? Ask a friend or family member—it’s a perfect time to pass it on!
We are thrilled to announce this year’s grant recipients! After reviewing all applications, our grant committee proudly recommended these outstanding ministries to the UWF Board, who unanimously approved. Congratulations to these inspiring groups, working tirelessly for justice in Kansas City and beyond! We celebrate their commitment to making a meaningful impact in our communities and the world!
