Fourth Grade Serve Retreat & Milestone Sunday

Every year on Martin Luther King Jr. weekend we seek to live into the faith essential of serving all across the KC Metro. On Monday, Jan. 19 fourth graders are invited to participate on a serve project together with their grown-up to make a difference. The specific project and times will be updated here as we approach 2026, but mark your calendar now. Then, on Sunday Feb.1 we invite all fourth graders and their grown-up to serve within the walls of Resurrection worship as ushers, greeters, tech, etc. Registration will also open for this opportunity as we come closer to 2026.

Jan. 19 | Serve outside the walls of the church. Designated sites/serve projects specifically for 4th graders and their families across locations/community.

Feb. 1 |Serve within the walls of the church. Milestone Sunday including all 4th Graders and their grown-up signing up to serve in various places at each location (ushers, greeters, communion serving, tech arts, etc.).

Registration is required and coming December 2025.
