Coping with Sorrow - Dealing with Pet Loss

2nd & 4th Thursdays | 6:30 PM | Resurrection Overland Park

Losing a beloved pet can be an incredibly difficult experience, leaving a void in our hearts and homes. To support those navigating this challenging journey, Resurrection Overland Park is offering a Grieving the Loss of a Pet Support Group. Starting September 26, we invite you to join us every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at our Overland Park location. This compassionate gathering provides a safe space to share your memories, express your emotions, and connect with others who understand the profound impact of losing a beloved pet. Together, we'll honor the special bond you shared with your pet and help you find comfort and healing in the company of fellow animal lovers.

Resurrection Recovery

Join us no matter where you are in your recovery journey!

LGBTQ Ministry

At Resurrection, our purpose is to build a Christian community where non-religious and nominally religious people are becoming deeply committed Christians. This means being the kind of place where everyone can feel at home. For our sisters, brothers, and others in the LGBTQ community, we host several gatherings with a variety of goals. For those wanting to learn more about how to be a good ally, our LGBTQ Ministry page has resources to get you started on the journey.

Silver Link

Silver Link Ministry serves those who are no longer able to attend church on their own by keeping them engaged in the life of the church. Pastoral care and worship opportunities are available to our church family, their extended family, and others in private homes or care homes. Services offered include worship services in surrounding care homes, Special Worship Service once a month at Resurrection, and Visitation Ministry.
