Dear Resurrection Family,
I’m busy recording some new podcast episodes today that I’m excited to share with you in the future, but I wanted to take a break and remind you of two important things.
Our annual Thanksgiving Prayer Vigil is going on now, from 1 – 6 pm in the Firestone Chapel (Building B) at Resurrection Leawood. You can drop by any time and spend some time in prayer and reflection. This is a special opportunity to begin your holiday season with a spirit of gratitude. If you can’t participate in person, you can download the prayer guide here and spend time praying on your own or with your family and friends.
In my sermon this weekend, I shared the first mailer we sent out that asked people what they though the idea church looks like, and I asked you, 35 years later, to answer that same question. I’ll share the survey results this weekend, but if you haven’t participated yet, I’d love for you to do so. Here’s the survey link.
