Ash Wednesday services at all Resurrection locations will be held on schedule today.
Scheduled programming has resumed for Thursday, February 13 at all Resurrection locations.
By the way, if you have missed church the last few weeks, you’ve missed out on meaningful worship and some terrific sermons. You can find the sermons from the
Becoming Better series here. It’s that time of year! Gather your donations, sign up to volunteer, and get ready for the ultimate summer shopping experience – the Resurrection Rummage Sale is July 13 – 14 from 9 am to 6 pm in the Resurrection Leawood Foundry (5001 W. 137th St.). We need volunteers to work shifts between July 9 and 15, helping sort, tag, and sell. And, we need donations – specifically: furniture, children’s clothing, framed art, lamps, patio/outdoor furniture, and bicycles. Proceeds from the sale, a project of United Women of Faith, go to support Resurrection’s Foster Adopt Ministry. Here is the link to learn more.
If you’re a young adult or college student, we’d like to invite you to make plans to join us on July 22 from 6 – 9 pm at Resurrection West (24000 W. This is a fantastic opportunity to gather with other young adults and college students for a night of worship, community and fun. You’ll enjoy ice cream sundaes, s’mores and an inspiring message.
