Oct. 28 | 6:30 PM | Resurrection Leawood
The Classic Black Literature Book Study continues on Wednesday, October 28, from 6:30 to 8 pm at Resurrection Leawood in Room B152. This month, the group will read and discuss The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison. Each month, this group gathers around works that have shaped Black literature and culture, exploring stories of resilience, identity, faith, and the full complexity of the human experience. If you’ve been looking for a space to engage with powerful writing and thoughtful conversation, this is it.
This is our last study for 2026, due to Thanksgiving and Christmas! See you in the new year.
