The SHRC has been given a unique opportunity to host the Special Olympics Kansas Softball Tournament on September 19 at the SHRC Sports Complex, running from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, and volunteers are needed to help pull it off. We’re looking for people to serve as umpires and others to help out with athletes throughout the day, with multiple shifts available so you can pick whatever window fits your schedule. No previous umpiring experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up and lend a hand.
