Third Grade Bible Milestone & Retreat

Each year all third graders are invited to participate in a special ceremony during worship where they are presented with a Bible of their very own. This special gift from their church comes with a challenge to read one of the four books of the Gospel as we approach Christmas. There is also a retreat the following Friday night where each child along with a grown-up will enjoy food, fun, and faith as they explore how to use their new Bible together!

November 17 Presentation Sunday

• Leawood: 9 & 11 am, and 5 pm  worship times. 
• West: 9 & 11 am worship times. 
• Downtown: 9 am worship time. 
• Blue Springs: 11 am worship time. 
• Overland Park: 9 & 11 am worship times. 
• Brookside: 9 & 11 am worship times. 
• Spring Hill:  9am worship time
• Outside the KC area

November 22 Bible Retreat 

We have a fantastic event just for 3rd graders and an adult. We have fun, fellowship and play games as we explore their new Bibles. Cost is $25 per family and includes dinner. The event is from 5:30 – 8pm. You can choose to attend at one of four locations, Leawood, West, Overland Park, or Brookside.   Register for the Retreat here.
