Classic Black Literature Book Study

Apr. 29 | 6:30 PM | Resurrection Leawood

Apr. 29, 2026
6:30 PM
Resurrection Leawood

This April, we’re continuing our book study focused on classic works by Black authors. Together we’ll read and discuss literature that explores faith, identity, justice, and the human experience, stories that challenge us, broaden our perspective, and help us better understand one another and the world we share. On Wednesday, April 29, from 6:30 to 8 pm at Resurrection Leawood in room B152, we’ll gather to discuss Go Tell It on the Mountain by James Baldwin. This powerful book has shaped conversations about faith, family, race, and what it means to find your place in the world. Come be part of the conversation.
