Eating Disorder Awareness & Education Workshop

If you or someone you care about is navigating the challenges of an eating disorder, this evening is an opportunity to gain understanding, find encouragement, and discover practical tools for healing and support. On Thursday, February 26, at 7 pm in the Worship Space, we’re hosting an educational workshop that addresses both the personal experience of eating disorders and the journey of supporting someone through recovery. You’ll explore approaches to healing and compassionate care, and learn about two new support groups launching at our Overland Park location this month—one for individuals facing eating disorders and another for caregivers walking alongside loved ones. This workshop marks the beginning of ongoing community support, and we’re grateful to offer this space during National Eating Disorder Awareness Month.
