Hospitality Team Training

As one of the first points of contact for guests entering Resurrection, the Hospitality Team plays a vital role in extending a warm welcome to everyone who walks through the door. This training will cover how to greet people warmly, help them find their way around, assist families with Resurrection Kids registration, and start conversations that help guests feel seen and at home from the moment they arrive.
