Hunger Ministry

At Resurrection Hunger Ministries,

we are dedicated to providing essential resources to our community, particularly in the form of fresh produce, dairy, and meat. These offerings are a luxury that many pantries struggle to afford.

Your support has the power to make a significant impact. Through monetary donations, you enable Resurrection Hunger Ministries to sustain our Resurrection Pantry, FoodMobile, and collaborative efforts with community partners. This ensures that we can continue offering high-quality, nutritious options to those in need.

Consider being a part of this meaningful cause by contributing to Resurrection Hunger Ministries. Your generosity empowers us to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families facing food insecurity.

Every $1.17 donated = 1 lb of Food!

Focused on reducing food insecurity in Kansas City

Often times, we think of hunger as a problem ‘other’ people have. And yet, most of us would be surprised to know that often within our immediate circle of friends or even families, a child is going to sleep hungry because there isn’t enough grocery money at the end of month; a parent says, ‘I’ll eat later’ in hopes their children will get enough.  If you are feeling a nudge to get involved or maybe you want to see how this ministry might feed your soul, it’s really easy.  Simple click the link below to learn more.

Partner Pantry Program

Our Hunger Ministry team works to provide supplemental funding to partner pantries throughout the KC area. Our support allows pantries to purchase meat, dairy, and fresh produce for their clients in need. All of this is made possible through donations from within the church, special food drives, and monetary donations. With your help, we are bridging the meal gap for more than 430,000 people in our region.

Resurrection Overland Park Food Pantry

The Resurrection Overland Park Food Pantry helps bridge the food insecurity gap in our community. It takes 40 volunteer shifts to operate each week and is open Wednesdays. We are blessed to provide nutritious food to over 100 families each week!

Located at our Overland Park Location – 8412 W. 95th St, Overland Park, KS 66212.

The pantry is open on Wednesdays between 9 am – 12 pm and 3 – 7 pm.
