Together, we’ll share experiences and strategies, and find encouragement from others who have gone through this journey. If you’re caring for aging parents while also raising kids or helping grandchildren, you already know how fast the responsibilities stack up. This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month to give caregivers a place to share experiences, trade practical tips, and find encouragement from others who get it. Conversations cover how to balance everything on your plate, manage stress, and still find moments of joy along the way, leaving you feeling more empowered and better equipped to care for the people who count on you.
