Understanding Your Grief - Online

Resurrection’s Grief Ministry is hosting a 10-week online book study built around Alan D. Wolfelt’s Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart (Second Edition). Each week, participants will read from the book, reflect through guided journaling, and bring those personal insights into group discussion, creating space for honest conversation and genuine connection with others who understand loss. We recommend that participants be at least six weeks removed from the death of a loved one. For those in the earlier stages of grief, a separate class will be offered in October to provide support that better fits where you are in that process.
