We returned to our job sites today to continue working on the pilas. Each team gained a better understanding of the families we’re helping, which made the work even more meaningful. We made good progress on each pila, and they’re getting closer to being ready for use.

In the afternoon, we hosted another session of Vacation Bible Camp with about 75 kids. The children were full of energy and excitement as they did crafts and learned more about the story of Gideon.

This evening, we attended a church service in Danlí, where we met the pastor and the local congregation. Suzy shared with the church about why we were in their community and spoke about our home church as well.

We truly felt God’s presence today. Even though we’re physically tired, our hearts are full, and we’re excited to continue our work.
