Pre-Trip

We are headed to Malawi tomorrow!  We are finishing our packing, finalizing our to-do’s here in KC, and had our final training this past Sunday where we started with the question, “what is something you enjoy doing that you aren’t good at?”  Apparently, we are a very unskilled group (or just humble) as it seems there are many things we enjoy doing but don’t do them well.  Good luck to the Opulence Team (our hosts) with this group.  We went through health, safety, and logistics before heading to worship where we were commissioned by Pastor Scott at the 11am service at Leawood.  Please keep us and our travels in your prayers – we’ll post again in a few days once we are on the ground!
