Scheduled programming has resumed for Thursday, February 13 at all Resurrection locations.
Pastor Robert Johnson is leading a six-day journey through the American South, and there’s still space for you to join. This trip follows the path of the Civil Rights Movement, visiting Little Rock Central High School, traveling through the Mississippi Delta, and exploring sites connected to Emmett Till, Medgar Evers, and Freedom Summer before ending at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis. Along the way, you’ll also experience the culture and music of the Delta blues, New Orleans, and Beale Street. Each day includes guided reflection, teaching, and conversation as the group wrestles with this history and what it means for living out faith today. This is a chance to stand where ordinary people made courageous choices, to learn from their witness, and to come home with a deeper understanding of justice, resilience, and what it means to follow Jesus in your own community.
Space is limited to 45 participants, so get on the interest list now to be notified when registration opens.
