The Giving Garden - Opening Day Celebration

The Giving Garden opens for the season on Saturday, May 9, with a morning celebration and blessing. This churchwide ministry grows fresh, organic produce for the Resurrection Food Mobile and food pantry while also providing seed starts and support to nonprofit gardens across the metro. Come meet fellow volunteers, tour the garden space, and learn about the hands-on work that helps feed our neighbors throughout the growing season. No gardening experience needed—just a willingness to dig in and be part of something that makes a real difference in our community. The celebration kicks off at 10 am, and the official volunteer season begins the following week with regular Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning sessions.
