Disciple 1 provides a foundational overview of the Bible and is great for those at any place in their faith journey and is a recommended starting point for those new to Disciple.
Disciple 2 is a deep examination of two important sections of Scripture: Genesis and Exodus in the first half of the study, and then Luke and Acts in the second half.
In the first 12 weeks of Disciple 3, we get to discover that the Old Testament prophets loved God passionately and weren’t as negative and scary as they may seem, and in the second 12 weeks, we get to explore the depth and richness of the apostle Paul’s stirring letters to the earliest Christians.
Disciple 4 looks at wisdom literature in the Old Testament and the Book of Revelation in the New Testament.
This study is an in depth look at Scripture taken in community with others over the course of 24 weeks.
Looking for fellowship with other men here at Resurrection? We have men’s groups at all of our locations.
We want to support you in the ways that you need at each age and stage and help you find a community you can do motherhood with.
Bloom is a group for women in midlife who are seeking to flourish in faith, friendship, and service.
Worship every week: As worship becomes a part of your weekly routine, it will re-center you on God and others and send you into the week with purpose.
Pray 5 times a day: Pray when you wake up, at every meal, and before you go to sleep. Start with the most simple one word prayers like: “thanks,” “help,” and “wow.” Grow from there.
Read the bible daily: Start small with on verse and grow from there. You can even find a Bible reading plan. We suggest starting with the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John because they focus on Jesus.
Serve those around you: Be on the lookout for ways to bless people each day.
Practice generosity: In your daily life, be generous with your time, skills, and resources.
Share your story of transformation: Share how God has impacted you in your own authentic way.
We invite you to join us for worship at one of our several locations across the Kansas City area.
