Dementia Care Support Group

Join us in person at the Overland Park location. This is a dementia specific caregiver support group for those care partners with a loved one in the early stages of dementia. This class is led by Amy Yeager, LMSW KU ADC, from KU Alzheimer’s Disease Center. A coordinating support group for those experiencing mild cognitive impairment or early-stage Alzheimer’s or Dementia meets at the same time.

Chronic Pain/Illness Support Group

Navigating chronic pain or illness can leave us wrestling with profound questions about faith, purpose, and God's presence in our suffering. If you've found yourself feeling invisible, forgotten, or questioning God's goodness during your health journey, you're not alone in these struggles. Join us for a four-week exploration of Pastor Adam's book, Why? Making Sense of God's Will, where we'll create a safe space to honestly examine these difficult questions together. Our group will meet Thursdays in September (4 - 25) from 3 - 4:30 pm in room B153, offering both biblical insights and the comfort of community with others who understand the unique challenges of living with chronic conditions. While registration isn't required, we encourage you to sign up so we can ensure adequate space for everyone who wants to participate in this meaningful conversation.

Grief Support Group - Overland Park, Daytime

We invite you to come alongside others as we unfold our grief together. We will read scripture, pray, and move through a dedicated study on grief. Grief affects all of us in different ways.

Loneliness & Isolation Support Group 

Please join us for a time of connection and conversation with others who can relate to feelings of loneliness and isolation. This group is open to all - whether you are members or non-members of the church.

Eating Disorder Support Group 

Please join us for a time of discussion, reflection, healing, and community.  This group welcomes adults who are family and friends of those who struggle with body image, eating disorders, dysmorphia, or any related topic.  We look forward to connecting with you.
