Resurrection is looking for volunteer drivers for our Truck Ministry — Box Trucks, FoodMobile, and BookMobile — helping deliver food, supplies, and books to those who need them. Most driving is Monday–Friday, daytime, making it a great fit for retirees. All you need to get started is a valid driver’s license.

Box Trucks
Keeping Resurrection Moving
Our 16-foot and 26-foot box trucks keep Hunger Ministries moving. They pick up and deliver food, carry Backpacks for Hunger to schools across the community, restock our Partner Pantries, and haul whatever else it takes to get food to people who need it.

FoodMobile
Going to Those in Need in Kansas City
The FoodMobile brings the pantry to the people — rolling into Kansas City food deserts three times a week with fresh produce, meats, and dairy for over a thousand families every month. Drivers get it to the location and can jump in to help serve once it’s there.

BookMobile
Bringing the Book Fair to the Schools
The BookMobile turns up at our Partner Schools with a rolling book fair, and every kid walks away with one new book and one used book to call their own. Drivers get the BookMobile to the school, then pitch in to be part of the fun.
